Hutton Village

 

Hutton is a village and civil parish in the Sedgemoor district of Somerset, England. It is located approximately 6 miles (10 km) east of Weston-super-Mare and 12 miles (19 km) west of Bristol. The village has a long history, with evidence of human settlement dating back to the Iron Age. Hutton is a small and attractive village, with a population of around 1,500 people. It has a church, St. Augustine's, which dates back to the 12th century, and a village green, which is the site of the annual Hutton Village Fete. The village also has a primary school, a pub, and a few small shops. Hutton is surrounded by rolling countryside, including the Mendip Hills, and is a popular destination for walkers and cyclists.
